Individual
Therapy

Individual therapy services are held in-person or virtually via secure telehealth platform. Services are provided for ages 12 and older. Sessions are generally held weekly for 50 minutes and can be adjusted, dependent on clinical need.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision can be provided weekly for associates (AMFT, ACSW, and APCC) who are seeking licensure in California. I have provided supervision in various contexts and enjoy cultivating the next generation of therapists. My style is primarily derived from Developmental and Integrated models, and I prioritize warmth and open-mindedness throughout every interaction.

A textured beige pouf is on a large off-white area rug. The wall features three framed architectural prints, and a floor lamp with a tall beige shade is in the corner near large windows with gray curtains. There are green indoor plants on the left side of the room.

Educational Presentations

I provide psychoeducational presentations to groups on mental health topics, including: burnout prevention, suicide prevention, anxiety management, depression, parenting skills, and executive functioning skills. I am a QPR-certified trainer and can provide QPR Gatekeeper trainings for schools and organizations. I am happy to discuss your group’s needs further and can build a training that meets your individualized needs.
